Gracia went from corporate unknown to being the youngest executive in the room, without chasing titles or playing politics. From being the youngest manager at Porsche to founding regional SEA marketing leader at Leica Camera, she went on to be the regional APAC communications leader at McLaren Automotive in a newly created role followed by leading as Regional Head of Marketing at TAG Heuer.

Gracia often finds herself being the only female and Asian in international boardrooms across the globe with elite brands.

She designs her own path, often drawn by her curiosity and her want to make an impact.
